小草社区Schedule 1 is an Ancillary Service provided by 小草社区New England for scheduling the movement of power through, out of, within, or into the New England Control Area. Through or Out Service (TOUT) is the transmission service that transmission customers purchase in order to move power through or out of the New England Control Area. Under 小草社区Schedule 1, 小草社区New England provides Scheduling, System Control, and Dispatch Service to those transmission customers purchasing TOUT Service. Regional Network Service (RNS) is the transmission service that transmission customers purchase in order to serve their network load in the New England Control Area.
Primary provisions for the settlement of the 小草社区Schedule 1 TOUT are included in the 小草社区Self-Funding Tariff
小草社区Schedule 1 TOUT payments are allocated pro rata based upon Monthly Regional Network Load value to any transmission customer that purchases RNS.
小草社区Schedule 1 TOUT charges are calculated based upon hourly reservations for any transmission customer that is purchasing TOUT Service at Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved rate ($/kW-hour) determined annually and effective January 1 through December 31.
